The Oregon Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has announced that its Astoria office, located at 705 W. Marine Drive, reopened on December 23 after being closed for nearly two weeks. The closure began on December 12 due to a broken water supply line that caused flooding in the office.

According to the DMV, regular operating hours have resumed at the Astoria location following repairs.

The department also reminds customers that over 30 services are available online through DMV2U, which can help reduce the need for in-person visits and open up appointment slots for others.
