Brittany Quick-Warner, President and CEO of the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce, was named to the Portland Business Journal’s 2026 40 Under 40 list, according to an April 16 announcement from the Chamber.
The recognition highlights leaders under age forty who have shown excellence in their careers and a commitment to community impact across Oregon. The award underscores Quick-Warner’s influence on both business growth and community development in the region.
Since becoming CEO, Quick-Warner has overseen significant expansion at the Chamber. She grew staff numbers from six to eighteen and increased annual revenue from $1.1 million to $4.1 million. The organization also diversified its funding model, reducing dependence on membership dues from seventy-five percent to twenty-seven percent.
Erik Parrish, Chair of the Eugene Area Chamber Board of Directors, said, “Brittany is a visionary leader who has not only strengthened the Chamber, but elevated the role of business as a force for good in our community. This recognition is incredibly well deserved.”
Quick-Warner led efforts such as launching Elevate 2028—a five-year economic and community development strategy that secured $5 million in private sector investment—and founding Onward Eugene, an organization aimed at unifying regional economic initiatives. She also championed solutions for issues like homelessness, workforce development, childcare shortages, and downtown revitalization through programs including A.C.T. Now Lane and Eugene Young Professionals.
“I’m incredibly honored and frankly shocked to receive this recognition,” said Quick-Warner. “For me, this work has always been about our community. There are so many incredible business, government and community partners waking up every day thinking about how they can make Eugene and our region stronger. I’m grateful to be part of that collective effort.”
The Eugene Area Chamber describes itself as supporting businesses through advocacy and resources while leading regional economic initiatives via its affiliate Onward Eugene.
