The Oregon Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) announced that its Coquille office, located at 749 Riverside Drive, is closed today due to staffing issues. Customers seeking in-person services are advised to visit the nearest DMV office in Coos Bay.

People can check the current status of DMV offices online and determine whether their service can be completed through the DMV2U website, which provides over 20 types of transactions. According to the Oregon DMV, “Every person who completes a transaction outside a DMV frees up a spot in line at a field office. For a faster experience, make an appointment.”

Customers with questions about services or appointments can call 503-945-5000 or visit oregondmv.com for more information.
