The Oregon Department of Transportation has announced that the northbound off-ramp at Exit 11 on Interstate 5, which connects to OR 99/Siskiyou Blvd./Ashland, will be closed on Thursday, February 5. The closure is necessary for bridge joint repairs.
Work is scheduled to take place between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., during which time the off-ramp will be inaccessible to provide a safe area for crews working on the one-lane overpass. The department expects all repairs to be completed within the day.
Drivers traveling northbound who need to reach south Ashland are advised to use Exit 14 (OR 66/Ashland/Klamath Falls) as an alternative route.
