The company also reported that 99.5% of Tier 1 ingredient supplier facilities received Global Food Safety Initiative certification and more than 230 audits were completed in areas like food safety and quality. Environmental achievements included a six percent reduction in freshwater use intensity from the previous year; eighty-five percent of primary packaging is now recyclable or compostable; ninety-eight percent of waste was diverted from disposal.
