NFIB members in Oregon will soon receive the organization’s 2026 state ballot, with distribution set to begin on or shortly after January 5. Some members will get the ballot via email, while others will receive it by mail.

The organization emphasizes the importance of member participation in this process. According to NFIB, its reputation as a representative of small businesses relies on input from its members about issues that affect their ability to operate and grow.

“NFIB’s reputation as the voice of small business comes directly from what our members tell us, through regular state and federal balloting, are the issues important to their ability to own, operate and grow their enterprises,” the organization stated.

State lawmakers and administration officials are said to recognize NFIB’s member-driven approach. The group urges all eligible participants to take part: “So, make your voice heard. Please vote your ballot.”

Each question on the ballot is accompanied by an explanation and includes arguments from both proponents and opponents.
