Oregon Department of Transportation announces public advisory committee meetings for October

Several advisory committees under the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) will hold public meetings throughout October. The department announced that a range of topics will be discussed in these sessions, and agendas will be posted online as they become available.

The schedule includes meetings for the Driver Education Advisory Committee on October 2 at 10 a.m., Governor’s Advisory Committee on DUII on October 3 at 9 a.m., Oregon Transportation Safety Committee on October 8 at 9:30 a.m., and the Oregon Freight Advisory Committee also on October 8 at 11 a.m. Other meetings include the Mobility Advisory Committee on October 9 at 1 p.m., Continuous Improvement Advisory Committee on October 15 at 1 p.m., Motor Carrier Transportation Advisory Committee on October 16 at 9 a.m., and Oregon Traffic Control Devices Committee on October 17 at 9 a.m.

Further sessions are scheduled for the Public Transportation Advisory Committee on October 21 at 9 a.m., Safety and Mobility Policy Advisory Committee on October 22 at 10 a.m., and Oregon Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee on October 29 at 1 p.m.
