Oregon Department of Transportation announces schedule for advisory committee meetings in November

Several advisory committees associated with the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) are scheduled to hold public meetings throughout November. The agency announced that agenda details for each meeting will be made available on its “Get Involved” website as well as on Oregon’s Public Meetings site.

The list of upcoming meetings includes:
– Public Transportation Advisory Committee on November 4 at 4 p.m.
– Governor’s Advisory Committee on DUII on November 7 at 9 a.m.
– Oregon Transportation Safety Committee on November 12 at 9:30 a.m.
– Oregon Transportation Commission on November 13 at 9 a.m.
– Mobility Advisory Committee also on November 13 at 1 p.m.
– Safety and Mobility Policy Advisory Committee on November 14 at 9 a.m.
– Continuous Improvement Advisory Committee on November 19 at 1 p.m.
– Safe Routes to School Advisory Committee on November 20 at 2 p.m.
– ACEC-ODOT Steering Committee on November 21 at 10:30 a.m.

All meetings are open to the public. According to ODOT, accommodations for people with disabilities will be provided, and meeting materials can be offered in alternate formats. To request accommodations or find contact information for specific meetings, individuals are advised to visit the public meetings website and sort by meeting name. Those who are deaf or hard of hearing can use statewide relay services by dialing 711.
