Oregon DMV closes Dallas and Oakridge offices temporarily due to staffing

The Oregon Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has announced that its offices in Dallas, located at 514 E. Ellendale, and Oakridge, at 47660 Highway 58, are closed today due to staffing issues.

Customers who need DMV services are encouraged to check for real-time updates on office closures through the Oregon DMV website. The agency also suggests using online services available at DMV2U when possible.

According to the announcement, “Drop-in customers may experience longer wait times with no guarantee of same-day service. For a better experience, make an appointment.”
