The Oregon Department of Transportation has issued a correction regarding the timing of traffic signal work at the SW Hailey Avenue and Tutuilla Road intersection in Pendleton. According to the updated information, all work on the traffic signals will occur at night, including a planned shutdown that was previously described inaccurately.

During the week of August 25, there will be a short-duration signal shutdown—lasting up to an hour—on one night. The specific date for this temporary outage has not yet been determined. All signals are expected to be operational again before the morning commute begins.

“We appreciate your understanding and will continue to share updates as scheduling details are finalized,” stated the department.
