Saturday’s competition was highlighted by Simeon Birnbaum setting a new collegiate record in the men’s 1500 meters. Throughout Saturday, Duck athletes continued their success with a total of twelve first-place finishes. Emily Fitzsimmons broke a pole vault school record that had stood for twenty-three years by clearing a height of 4.48 meters.
