Oregon Transportation Commission schedules meeting in Salem for July 24

The Oregon Transportation Commission is scheduled to meet on Thursday, July 24, at 8 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Gail Achterman Conference Room of the Transportation Building located at 355 Capitol Street NE, Salem.

The agenda includes an update on the 2025 legislative session. This will cover the agency’s reductions in force and corresponding service reductions due to an unaddressed budget shortfall. Additionally, there will be a briefing on the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project’s funding and development progress. Administrative rules and several reports are also part of the agenda.

Meeting materials can be accessed on the OTC Website. The public can watch or listen to the meeting via YouTube Livestream with closed captioning available.

Public comments can be submitted in advance by signing up for either in-person or virtual comment through a form on their website by noon on July 23. Priority for testimony spots will be given to first-time commenters and organizations.

Written comments should be submitted electronically using the submission form on the OTC website by noon July 23 to ensure inclusion in the meeting packet. Comments not included in this packet will still be shared with commissioners afterward.
