Oregon Transportation Commission sets Dec. 11 meeting in Salem

The Oregon Transportation Commission is scheduled to hold its regular meeting on Thursday, December 11 at 9 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Gail Achterman Conference Room of the Transportation Building at 355 Capitol Street NE in Salem.

Agenda items include an update on funding and project development for the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project, a status report on implementing HB 3991, and a review of progress on the 2025 report for the agency’s 2024-2028 Strategic Action Plan. The commission will also receive updates from the Office of Engagement and Civil Rights about workforce and small business development programs.

Meeting materials are available on the OTC Website. The public can watch or listen to the proceedings via YouTube Livestream at www.youtube.com/c/OregonDOT, where closed captioning will be provided.

Members of the public who wish to provide comments can submit written statements ahead of time or sign up to speak either in person or virtually by completing a form at www.oregon.gov/odot/Get-involved/Pages/OTC_Main.aspx by noon on Tuesday, December 9. “Please note participation will be limited to one representative per organization. Commenters and organizations providing public comment to the OTC for the first time will be given priority for the limited available testimony spots.” Written comments can also be emailed to OTCAdmin@odot.oregon.gov or mailed to Oregon Transportation Commission, ATTN: Commission Assistant, 355 Capitol Street NE, MS11, Salem OR 97301.
