The Oregon Transportation Commission is scheduled to hold its regular meeting on Thursday, January 22 at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Gail Achterman Conference Room at the Transportation Building, located at 355 Capitol Street NE in Salem.
Agenda items for the meeting include an update on the Interstate Bridge Replacement Program, specifically regarding the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project. The commission will also review and adopt the 2026 Internal Audit Plan and accept a report that examines actions taken by the DMV and the Office of Innovative Funding to address recommendations from a previous audit.
Other topics on the agenda are changes to rules for the Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund Program, an informational update on the Oregon Community Paths Program for public comment and commission approval, and an update on development of the Capital Investment Plan with a review of its 2026 timeline. The commission will also consider releasing a draft of the 2027-2028 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program for public review and comment. Additionally, there will be a status update on efforts to implement HB 3991.

Participation is limited to one representative per organization, with priority given to first-time commenters or organizations.
Written comments should be submitted using the form on the OTC website by noon on January 20 to ensure inclusion in meeting materials. Comments not included in these materials will be shared with commissioners after the meeting.
