Portland women’s tennis will compete as the No. 5 seed against No. 4 Loyola Marymount University in the opening round of the West Coast Conference Championships, scheduled for Thursday, Apr. 21 at Green Valley Country Club in Fairfield, California.

The match marks Portland’s fourth consecutive appearance at the WCC Championships under head coach Filip Zivkovic. The tournament will continue with semifinals on Friday and a championship match on Saturday.

The Pilots finished their regular season with a record of 10-9 overall and 5-4 in conference play.
