The closure affects residents who rely on in-person services at the Redmond location. Customers are encouraged to use online options when possible.

According to the department, many transactions can be completed through DMV2U, which provides more than 30 services online and is available around the clock.

Those seeking assistance or with questions about their specific needs can contact customer service by phone or email as provided by the department.

No information was given about when regular operations will resume at the Redmond office. Updates may be shared as they become available.
