Region 1 Area Commission on Transportation schedules hybrid public meeting for December

The Region 1 Area Commission on Transportation (ACT) will hold a hybrid meeting, both in-person and virtual, on Monday, December 1, 2025. The meeting is scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., with video and audio connection testing beginning at 5:15 p.m.

Agenda items for the meeting include updates on Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) Region 1 projects and discussions to inform the ODOT Capital Investment Plan. The agenda is available on the Region 1 ACT website.

The in-person portion of the meeting will take place at ODOT Region 1 Headquarters in Conference Room A/B, located at the Matthew L. Garrett Building, 123 NW Flanders Street, Portland, OR.

A virtual option will be provided via Zoom. Participants can join online using meeting ID 899 8210 3329 or by phone by dialing 253-215-8782 and entering the same meeting ID. No RSVP or Zoom account is required to attend.

There will be opportunities for public comment during the session. Attendees are initially muted but can use Zoom’s “raise hand” feature to unmute themselves when called upon, introduce themselves, and provide questions or comments. Phone participants can dial *9 to raise their hand and *6 to mute or unmute their microphone; comments may also be submitted through Zoom’s chat function.
