Region 1 Area Commission on Transportation schedules hybrid public meeting for February

The Region 1 Area Commission on Transportation (ACT) will hold a hybrid meeting, both in-person and online, on Monday, February 2, 2026. The meeting is scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., with a video and audio connection test beginning at 5:15 p.m.

Agenda items include an overview of the draft Statewide Transportation Improvement Program for 2027-2030 and action on top priorities to inform the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) Capital Investment Plan. The agenda is available on the Region 1 ACT website.

The in-person meeting will take place at ODOT Region 1 Headquarters, Matthew L. Garrett Building, located at 123 NW Flanders Street in Portland. A virtual option via Zoom is also available to the public. No RSVP or Zoom account is required; participants can join using meeting ID 876 2324 1318 either online or by phone by dialing 253-215-8782.

Public comment opportunities will be provided during the meeting. Attendees may use the “raise hand” feature on Zoom to speak or submit questions through chat; phone participants can use *9 to raise their hand and *6 to mute or unmute their microphone.
