The meeting is intended to keep the public informed and involved in regional transportation decisions. The commission said that accessibility and transparency remain priorities for all public meetings.

According to the agenda, topics will include selecting investments of additional interest for the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) Capital Investment Plan and updating the Region 1 ACT work plan. The full agenda is available now on the Region 1 ACT website.

Participants can join online using Zoom with Meeting ID: 832 7989 6464 or by phone by dialing 253-215-8782 and entering the same meeting ID. No RSVP or Zoom account is required, though attendees may be prompted to enter their name or email address, which could be visible during the session.

Technical support before or during the meetings is available via Trevor.D.Sleeman@odot.oregon.gov. For Americans with Disabilities Act accommodations, translation services, printed materials, or more information, individuals are encouraged to contact ODOT at least five days prior to the event through provided phone numbers or email addresses.
