The Region 1 Area Commission on Transportation (ACT) will hold a virtual meeting on Monday, March 2, 2026, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The session will be accessible via Zoom and is open to the public. A preliminary test of video and audio connections will begin at 5:15 p.m.

The agenda for the meeting includes updates on the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) Capital Investment Plan, discussions among members about possible investments for inclusion in the plan, and conversations regarding preferred processes for identifying projects of interest. The agenda can be found on the Region 1 ACT website.

“ODOT is committed to maintaining accessibility and transparency for all public meetings,” according to ODOT.

Members of the public can join online through a provided link or by entering the meeting ID (810 4518 9621) into Zoom. Participation does not require a Zoom account, but attendees may need to enter their name or email address, which could be visible to others in attendance. There is also an option to join by phone by dialing 253-215-8782 and entering the same meeting ID.

For technical support before or during the meeting, individuals can contact Trevor.D.Sleeman@odot.oregon.gov. Those needing ADA accommodations, translation or interpretation services, or printed materials are encouraged to call 503-731-4128, TTY (800) 735-2900, Oregon Relay Service at 7-1-1, or reach out to Trevor.D.Sleeman@odot.oregon.gov or call 971-273-9159 at least five days prior to the event.

Public comment will be allowed during the meeting. Attendees will initially be muted but can use Zoom’s “raise hand” feature or chat option to participate. Phone participants can raise their hand by dialing *9 and mute/unmute themselves with *6.
