Region 1 Area Commission on Transportation schedules virtual workshop on project prioritization

The Region 1 Area Commission on Transportation (ACT) is scheduled to hold an informational workshop on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. The meeting will begin at 12:00 p.m., with a test of video and audio connections set for 11:45 a.m.

According to the agenda, the commission will review the proposed process for project prioritization under the Oregon Department of Transportation’s (ODOT) new ten-year Capital Investment Plan. The full agenda is available on the Region 1 ACT website.

The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom and is open to the public. Participants can join online using a provided link or by entering Meeting ID 863 6248 1467 into Zoom. No RSVP or Zoom account is required, though attendees may need to provide their name or email address, which could be visible to others in attendance.

There will be opportunities for public comment during the meeting. Attendees will initially be muted but can use Zoom’s “raise hand” feature or chat option to participate; those joining by phone can press *9 to raise their hand and *6 to mute or unmute their microphone.
