The southbound Interstate 5 off-ramp to SE Belmont Street in Portland will be closed at night from September 8 through September 19, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation. The closures will take place each weeknight from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m.

During these hours, drivers will be detoured across the Morrison Bridge into downtown and then back across the bridge to reach SE Belmont Street. This temporary closure is necessary for work on Multnomah County’s Morrison Bridge Strengthening Project.
