Warner Pacific University Men's Soccer Head Coach Troy Ready announced today, March 29th, the signing of freshman midfielder Jose Angel Sanchez Gomez to the 2022 Men's Soccer recruiting class.
"Jose is primed to take the next step in his development as a college athlete," Coach Ready shared.
Coach Ready went on to say, "He is a box-to-box midfielder that reads the game well and has a great work ethic. We are thankful that he has made Warner Pacific home and I look forward to seeing him thrive!"
Gonzalez, a Hillsboro, Ore. native, will graduate from Hillsboro High School this spring before beginning his collegiate career at Warner Pacific. He plans to pursue a degree in Business with a minor in Business Administration while at WPU, and will begin off-season workouts with the Men's Soccer team over the summer.
