About Paloma Sparks
Paloma Sparks is Vice President for Public Policy and General Counsel for Oregon Business and Industry, Oregon's largest comprehensive business association. Paloma joined OBI in 2018 and leads OBI?s policy team and is a key representative of business interests in the Oregon Capitol. She has worked with the Oregon Legislature in a variety of roles since 2003. Paloma is an attorney with expertise is in labor and employment law. She leads most policy discussions related to that field for the employer community at the legislature. Prior to joining OBI, Paloma was legislative director for the Bureau of Labor and Industries.
Paloma is a native Oregonian. She attended the University of Oregon, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a law degree. She enjoys traveling and spoiling her dog Zeke.
