The Agency announced on Apr. 20 that it has been ranked number 13 among the top residential real estate brokerages in the United States by sales volume, according to The T360 2026 Mega 1000 rankings. This marks a rise of two spots from the previous year.
The ranking is significant as it highlights The Agency’s continued growth and performance in a competitive national market. The T360 Mega 1000 is released annually by real estate management consulting and analytics firm T3 Sixty, which evaluates the nation’s largest brokerages based on sales volume, transaction sides, and agent count.
According to the company, The Agency reached $17.9 billion in sales volume with just over 2,700 U.S.-based corporate agents—an average of $6.6 million in sales per agent. Additionally, The Agency secured #26 positions for both Sales Volume by Sides and Sales Volume by Agent categories this year.
