Three members of the Oregon men’s golf team were recognized with Big Ten postseason awards, according to a May 6 announcement.
The recognition highlights the achievements of senior Aiden Krafft, who earned All-Big Ten second-team honors; Sebastian Desoisa, named to the All-Big Ten freshman team; and sophomore Ramil Saelim, who received the program’s Big Ten Sportsmanship Award.
Krafft secured his second career All-Big Ten second-team selection. He became the 17th golfer in program history to earn multiple all-conference honors and is the first Duck to do so in the Big Ten era. Krafft adds this honor to a list of accomplishments that includes Pac-12 All-Freshman honorable mention, medalist honors at both the 2024 Sahalee Players Championship and The Prestige in 2026, as well as previous All-Big Ten recognition. He has led Oregon with a scoring average of 71.11, recording fifteen rounds at par or better and five top-20 finishes.
Desoisa was honored on the All-Big Ten freshman team after competing in every tournament during his debut season. He won medalist honors at the Cal Poly Invitational with a career-best score of seventeen-under-par (199), tying for fifth-lowest tournament score in program history. His opening-round eight-under-par (64) also tied for fifth-lowest round to par by an Oregon player. Desoisa has added five eagles and two top-20 finishes this year while ranking third on the squad with a scoring average of 72.27.
Saelim earned his second Big Ten sportsmanship award, which is presented to student-athletes who demonstrate strong sportsmanship and ethical behavior while maintaining good academic standing and citizenship beyond competition. In his freshman season during 2024-25, Saelim was named to the All-Big Ten freshman team with a scoring average of 72.60 along with receiving sportsmanship recognition; he has continued as a steady contributor this season with two top-10 finishes and eleven rounds at par or better.
Oregon will learn its NCAA Regional destination during Wednesday’s NCAA Men’s Golf Selection Show beginning at 11 a.m. Pacific Time on Golf Channel.
