Halloween in Uppertown is just weeks away! Make sure you save-the-date to stop by Pier 39 - Astoria on Monday, October 31st from 4pm - 7pm for a free community carnival and trick-or-treating event put on by Astoria Uppertown Business Association.
Come in your favorite costume to travel through the Pier on a scavenger hunt and stop by local businesses to get a Halloween treat! Plus, we’ll have a whole bunch of activities across the pier including a cupcake walk, gypsy fortune telling, fishing game, and more.
