CCC MUSIC STUDENTS TAKE THE STAGE FOR WINTER CONCERT SERIES

 The talented students in the Clackamas Community College Music Department have been perfecting their pitch and tuning their instruments for the winter concert series. From jazz to choral to acoustic, there’s a performance for all tastes. End winter on a high note by attending one or more concerts. Unless otherwise noted, all performances take place in the Niemeyer Osterman Theatre, 19600 Molalla Ave., Oregon City.

Chamber Choir and Mainstream Vocal Jazz

March 12, 7:30 p.m., Niemeyer lobby

The CCC chamber choir and mainstage vocal jazz choir kick off the winter concert series.

Wind Ensemble and Jazz Combo

March 13, 7:30 p.m.

The series continues with the wind ensemble and jazz combo.

Instrumental Jazz

March 17-18, 9 p.m.

The two-day annual Jazz Festival concludes both evenings with a concert by the jazz ensemble at 9 p.m.

Contemporary Music Ensemble and Singer-Songwriters

March 22, 7:30 p.m.

The winter concert series concludes with an exciting night of original student music and 70s and 80s pop/rock favorites that are sure to have the audience singing along.
