Oregon Transportation Commission plans regular meeting for March

The Oregon Transportation Commission is set to convene on March 13 at 9 a.m. in Salem. The meeting will take place in the Gail Achterman Conference Room at the Transportation Building, located at 355 Capitol Street NE.

The agenda includes several key topics:

- An update on the ongoing legislative session, focusing on efforts toward a transportation funding package.

- Information on bridge and pavement conditions, based on the findings from the 2024 Annual Bridge Conditions report and the 2024 Biannual Pavement Conditions Report.

- A presentation related to the Strategic Review conducted in spring 2024.

- Approval of fiscal year 2025-2027 Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund Discretionary Grants for public transportation.

- Approval of adjustments to the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program.

Public comments can be submitted in advance or during the meeting, either in person or virtually. Those wishing to comment must sign up by noon on March 11 through a form available on the OTC website. Priority will be given to first-time commenters.

Written comments can also be emailed to OTCAdmin@odot.oregon.gov or mailed to Oregon Transportation Commission, ATTN: Commission Assistant, 355 Capitol Street NE, MS11, Salem OR 97301. To ensure inclusion in the meeting packet, submissions should be made by noon on March 11.
