The Center Street Bridge Seismic Retrofit project invites the public to an open house on April 10. The event will take place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Pringle Hall Community Center, located at 606 Church Street SE. The community will be able to "stop in at any time" during the two-hour window to learn about the project's impacts.
Accessible parking is provided at the front entrance. Accommodations are available for people with disabilities, and materials can be supplied in alternative formats if requested 48 hours in advance by calling 541-337-9519 or using the statewide relay 7-1-1.
An online open house is also available and will be live through April 17, ensuring the same information as the in-person event is accessible. The public is encouraged to share the event details with friends, family, and neighbors to increase awareness.
For further accommodations related to ADA Title II or Civil Rights Title VI, including translation and interpretation services, individuals are instructed to call TTY (800) 735-2900 or use the statewide Oregon Relay Service at 7-1-1. A Spanish translation service is also available.
ODOT emphasizes its commitment to non-discrimination based on disability in its programs, services, activities, hiring, and employment practices. ODOT is identified as an EEO/AA Employer.
For information on road conditions and traffic alerts, the public can visit TripCheck.com or call 5-1-1. Additionally, starting May 7, a federally accepted ID will be required for flights, so travelers are encouraged to be REAL ID ready.
